Granted, I don't know much about Silas' system, which could have improperly sized nozzles, but he didn't get any gains from his WI tune. I also run some upper cylinder lubricant to keep the pump happy. With anti-siphon check valves, there should be no water left in the system, agreed. My chrome hardpipes have some slight rust on them, but nothing like that. My IC pipes are fine.
